“Put your customer first. Even when you're experimenting or implementing a new tech stack or anything, how is this going to serve your customer? Coming from a place of MEcommerce and how its going to serve your customers will give you the leg up because you then have insights into understanding your customers. Again, listen to your customers, listen to what they want.” - Teri Levy
These great brands have taken full advantage of Shopify’s app ecosystem, enabling them to take back more control, quickly learn, and then use their learnings to efficiently evolve their strategies.
“We were thinking about how we wanted to really build that experience, it started off as a brand awareness, product discovery option for consumers once they were on site, and since launching it, it's morphed into us getting so much data from people using this experience.” - Gabrielle Kerins
And speaking of data, not only collecting zero-party data, but then activating it to maximize consumer relationships using additional apps like Klaviyo!
