Samsonite teamed up with Jebbit to enhance their understanding of clients by collecting more comprehensive information. They leveraged Jebbit's capabilities to create a Product Match Quiz, which they launched on their website. By collecting data attributes through this interactive experience, Samsonite was able to build richer customer profiles, enabling them to better cater to individual needs and preferences.

Finally, and speaking of better serving customers with zero-party data, Samsonite is able to optimize their customer journeys by sending all of the zero-party data they collect with Jebbit into Emarsys (an SAP Company and official Jebbit partner) via Jebbit's direct API connection into the Emarsys platform - enabling further personalization and cross-channel customer engagement.
