By asking questions and capturing declared data, Monster was able to transition casual browsers to quality job applicants.

The Challenge
Monster was looking for innovative ways to increase quality job applicant submissions from paid advertising to their site. To do this, they had to address two problems:
How could they transition the seeker from casual mobile browsing to resume-required, active engagement?
How could they directly deliver relevant job opportunities based on their interest and location?
The Solution
Monster created a Jebbit experience allowing seekers to go directly to a personalized result listing based on their answers to a few quick questions.
The experiences also allowed the seeker to send themselves the results so they could apply at a later time if they were not ready. This strategy led to a 60% increase in applicants compared to Monster’s business benchmarks.
