Attentive Integration

Jebbit is excited to announce our partnership with Attentive, allowing you to capture more SMS leads and first-party data from your quizzes in real-time. 

Connecting to your Attentive instance has never been easier and only requires a few clicks within the Jebbit platform. Check out the video below to learn how to connect and pass data to Attentive:

1) Click on the drop down from the top right corner in the Jebbit platform, then select ‘Integrations’ from the menu

2) From the Integrations page, look for the Attentive icon and click 'Integrate'.

3) Next, you will add your API Key and signUpSourceId, which can be found within your Attentive account. 

Please refer to the Attentive documentation here for generating your API key. You will need to create a new app for Jebbit in order to obtain an API key. Please  assign the "Custom Attributes", "Custom Events", and "Subscribers" permissions. Once the app is created your API key will appear like so:

The signUpSourceId can be found in the Sign-up Units tab of the Attentive platform in the ID column for any API sign-up method. Or, you can contact Attentive's White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) or your Client Strategy Manager at Attentive to request a sign-up source for either marketing or transactional opt-ins.
