A progress bar informs users how long the experience will take. Thanks to our team for discovering these findings, campaigns with NO progress bar see about a 50% engagement rate on average, compared to campaigns that DO use a progress bar see a 59% engagement rate on average.
2. Less is more when recommending products!
Campaigns with 6 or LESS products displayed saw a 34% click-through rate. Meanwhile, campaigns with 6 or MORE products displayed saw a 29% click-through rate. Decision fatigue is REAL!
3. Using the carousel layout to display products leads to higher click-through rates.
Campaigns that use the carousel layout see a 39% click-through rate while using the grid layout and stacked layout see a 28% click-through rate.
4. Break out lead forms for higher lead capture rates.
When using 10 or less form fields, the average lead capture rate is 42%. If you have 10 or more, the average lead capture rate drops to 36%. If you want to collect more fields, break it out into multiple screens. Capture key data FIRST!
